It took 3 months for them too “fix” my bathroom. Still waiting on hearing back for compensation

Lease Issues

I recently accepted a new job that required me to move a couple hours away. I gave notice about this new relocation in April of 2024 and was told they didn’t have a waitlist but then told me they did two months later making it harder to get out of my lease. Also to be released from your lease you have to pay an extremely high fee (85% of rent) and YOU have to find someone to take over your lease and if you don’t you have to pay the fee and keep paying your rent. What is the fee for? They say... they don’t have any way of releasing you from your lease.

Interior Furnishing looks nothing like the pictures - Stay here at your own risk.

From move in to move out, this has been a horrible experience.
Move in Condition of the apartment was unacceptable, Floors filty, couch torn, furnace filter dirty and full of dander, Dryer not working, balcony guard rail not loose.
They give you a paper sticker for parking to affix to the outside of your vehicle and when that sticker washes away, they have a towing agreement with Rapid Towing to tow your vehicle out of your paid for parking spot with no prior warning. However when someone is... parked in your spot all night long, they offer no assistance in getting the vehicle out of your paid for spot.
Do not stay here, you've been warned.
