Apartment is cheap and in a good location and is overall safe. But was in not very great condition upon move in. After reporting it all to them it still hasn’t been fixed weeks later. I’ve spent about a week just trying to get a hold of the office. At least 5 calls, no answer. The office basically doesn’t exist and the maintenance marks stuff as completed before even fixing it

I have been trying to get them to fix my air conditioner/heater for two months now. One excuse after another. Not fixed yet.

These are overpriced! Apartments are in bad conditions. They are more worried about the appearance (outside) than what really matters (like a new water heater). Washer and dryers are constantly breaking down. (For the past 2 wks we have only had 2 workING washers). Just don't move here!!!

I have lived here for 6 years. I live in a 2/1 with a patio. The apartment is laid out like most. The best part is NO UTILITIES. They pay electric. You pay a very small water bill. If you have any maintenance issues, they are very good at getting things fixed very quickly. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It has 2 pools & 2 laundry rooms. Hope you come by to check them out.
