I was moving blind from a couple hours away. All Saddle Brook staff, Yazmine, were very helpful, personable and kind. Moving is a very stressful thing and I did it alone. I didn’t feel so lost. Also, my apt is gorgeous and clean. Thanks very much for taking care of me.

We have lived at Saddle Brook for over 6 years now, and maintenance requests are always handled promptly. Our refrigerator has slowly been grinding to a halt, and it was time for a new one. We e-mailed Sherry about our problem, she responded right away, and within a couple of hours we had a new refrigerator. We had all the food in coolers and I was heading out to get ice, but Andy and Derek (maintenance) brought us a refrigerator that had already been plugged in at a make-ready unit, so there... was no need for ice, we just transferred the food into the new fridge, which had only been unplugged for around 15 minutes. It was a hassle-free experience. Andy and Derek were very efficient, professional, and personable; great guys to deal with. The office staff at Saddle Brook---Sherry, Terri, Yazmine, and Kasey---are always friendly and helpful.

From my first phone call to them, to move in to them, to living here, I’ve been impressed at every step. Management can make or break your experience at an apartment complex, and this team excels at everything. We moved from Florida under very complex and taxing logistics, and they worked with us. They’re responsive, and they really enjoy people, and work hard to make this place a home for everybody who lives here. If I had to do it all over again I would start here. The pool is always clean,... along with the hot tub and kitty pool. 24 hour gym and laundry access. You never feel like you’re an inconvenience.
