This is a nice place to live. No questions there. The apartments are large, have balconies, in unit washer/dryer, modern appliances, etc. However, the apartment is built for someone who is 7ft tall. Most of the storage space in the kitchen, walk-in closet, and washer/dryer closet are unreachable for the average person. Additionally, the common areas like the hallways are rarely (if ever) cleaned. There are several of those dead black crickets all over the hallways. Finally, the amenities the... building purports to offer are not yet done. Last I was told, they would be open end of September. It's now the end of October and I have not heard an update.

Very helpful! I got into the apartment that day, couldn’t have been more considerate of a customers needs. Beautiful apartments, that are tall and spacious for the sq. ft in each apartment! The best place my partner and I looked at in Waco, even if it is more costly and does not have amenities yet.

Unfortunately this has been a very disappointing experience moving into Riverfront Lofts. Owners do no care about the needs of the tenants and construction workers have free run of the place. There are NO amenities for the residents and we get promised these all the time. Rent remains full price without these luxuries - its been sad to say the least.

We love it here. Our only issues have been getting the pool and other amenities finished. We can't wait for the full experience of Riverfront Lofts.
