I have lived here for 9 months, and I absolutely love it here! It is very quiet, private, and has a great community. Our neighbors are wonderful, I take walks around the apartments and I feel safe and relaxed. The apartments feel cozy, and it’s worth what you pay for! We are wanting to stay here for as long as we can. Thank you Charlotte!

I have lived at Madeira for seven years. I love my apartment and my neighbors!
Our Leasing Manager and our Maintenance man are the only two staff members and they both work very hard to take care of our residents.
They are friendly and caring. I am very thankful!

I never had a decent running AC. Maintenance could not fix it. Price of rent is not equal to the quality of product. They will shut off the electricity and water with no notice.

I am sorry you have experienced issues with your AC. We usually hire an HVAC company to do any long running issues. Can you tell me what apartment you are in so we can have the chance to correct this? I do not know of any long term issues. Most are... fixed with 24-48 hours. We do not shut off Electricity as we do not have any access of doing so. Water is only shut off at the main if there is an emergency and we need to repair a leak and ALWAYS give notice. I wonder if you even live here as you would know that. Please call the office, put in an online maintenance request, send us an email or drop a note in the night drop so we can address your AC problem. Thank you!

I have lived at Madera for 13 years. I have seen a lot of renovations and updates that have made a huge improvement to this property! I love living here ; it is close to everything but in a quiet residential neighborhood and now with the security gates the updated pool area new laundry room and landscaping I will probably be here for at least another 13 more years, I hope!!!

The apartment unit is great for the price. The recently renovation for the interior is a plus. The complex is set in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and very friendly. The landlord is friendly but can also came off as passive aggressive at times in her emails/texts and the neighbors are a bit too prying. The apartment complex was not pleasant with some of the amenities. For the most part, of my one year stay, the pool was closed. The only time it was fully cleaned was when the owners came to... the apartment complex. Other than that, for the first half of my stay the water was always green and when they finally “cleaned” the pool it just had the illusion of clean. White swimming-suit came out green after swimming. The pool was always closed on Monday for cleaning with chemicals but that’s it. The basketball court was turned into a tennis court that was closed with lock and could only be in used during office hours not weekends with friends and family at unplanned times. Maintenance got into fixing the issue at a manner of time but the one time they had to change ceiling tile in my apartment they left a mess for me to come home to clean up after them.
For the most part, it is an ok place to live at but I would of liked to see more reviews about this place before leasing.
