However, rent is high, the $75 community fee feels wasted on poor landscaping and delayed home security access, and construction quality shows issues like cracking walls and odd-sized doors. The neighborhood can be noisy and crowded with parked cars, though interiors remain stunning. Overall, it’s a mix of elegance and frustration.
