I am giving this apartment the lowest possible rating due to consistently poor management and lack of professionalism. From the beginning, staff were incompetent and pushed back on nearly every question I had, no matter how reasonable. Getting clear answers was nearly impossible, and I constantly received conflicting information.
There seemed to be a very high turnover at the front office. I dealt with multiple different women during my lease, and none of them were on the same page. Each time I... followed up on an issue, I had to re-explain the situation, and I was often given answers that contradicted what I had been told previously.
One of the worst issues involved trash pickup. On one occasion, my trash was not collected, and raccoons tore it open. This resulted in trash spread everywhere and maggots appearing on my front door. Management did not offer help or solutions and instead blamed me for the situation. It took nearly a month for them to provide a replacement trash can, despite the health and sanitation concerns.
Anytime I tried to ask questions about charges on my account, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive rather than helpful or transparent. Overall, this property lacks accountability, communication, and basic customer service. I would not recommend living here to anyone expecting professionalism or support from management.

We just moved in 2/15 and everything has gone smoothly. We had a few maintenance issues but everything was taken care of in a timely manner, thanks to the ladies in the office.

I feel at home here at The Duke. I have not any bad experiences or issues. Maintenance is timely and on point. Great neighbors...great location...and I feel comfortable/safe here.

I really enjoyed living here. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was always really helpful. Also, the location is right in the middle of everything, which is amazing. I would recommend the Duke to a friend.
