The Work done from the residence is great and well done. Did take some time to fix the situation that was highly and very important but overall it was well done . In any highly matter that they do get the communication a little bit better but overall it is a wonderful place to stay in the community of Tyler Texas .

Do yourself a favor and read this
First they broke my tub and shower for water saving ones. Went without for three days before they half fix it. Shower works but a pole that rusted sticking out of wall for tub. Next hot been off for my building for more than week. Staff is rude when get them on telephone and again the problem took to 24 today to get fix. It happen on August 14 do the math. I had to get hotel for two days for basic hot water. When ask for repayment bh regional manager of East Texas said it’s happens go through... Your insurance. Why should I pay a 500 fee to reimburse myself when it wasn’t my problem. Don’t get these apartments because you will be treated poorly.

Don’t rent from them
I have lived in the Parker apartments for more that year. At first under different management the apartments was great but now it’s horrible. The office staff is rude when they actually answer the phone. Maintenance isn’t great be prepared to wait a week or so. My hot water in my building been off for more than week.Called regional boss and he said pay for your hotel room out of your rental insurance really. Awful customer service for paying residents who want they paid for
