I grew up in this neighborhood my entire life, and bought this house 4 years ago to use when we visit my parents. Its been a short term rental with 124 reviews averaging 4.98 stars where people consistenly mention how clean it is, how its a beautiful... location, and has everything they need. The back of the property is land that belongs to the Core of Engineering so it remains open to the public for access to the lake, but wont be built upon.
