In the 3 months, there has been no management on the site more than 15 minutes. If you call the office, they have not answered the phone even once. Left messages and they didn't respond to them either. The owner really is getting nothing for his money. I would give a zero rating if they had one so they get a one star. No communication at any level with these incompetent management.

Built in the 50s
The wiring is old. The building is outdated. The management company doesn’t address any issues…like the A/C stopped working in May 2022 and it’s Nov 2022 still isn’t working. The upstairs bathroom is leaking into downstairs bathroom. The windows are single pane. They keep raising the rent.
