I’ve had a really positive experience at Creekview at 61st. The community feels well-maintained and peaceful, and the staff has been consistently helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything.
Neighbors have also been friendly, which helps create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, it’s been a solid place to live. No place is perfect, but Creekview has definitely met my expectations and made everyday living pretty easy and stress-free.

Bugs crawling around, we pay for pest control and they don’t even come out and spray, carpets coming up from our floor, pool is never open, high price for the laundry room when the washers are super tiny… laundry room is always dirty never cleaned… the leasing person in front she’s very rude. Just isn’t a good place at all to stay… oh and to say this they will raise your rent sky rocket high over a few months.

The management here could care less about you or your family. Living here has made life nothing but harder than it already is. Water is constantly turned off, there’s roaches, rats, and they will not talk to you and help you in tough situations they’ll just evict you or tow your car if you are in the way.

You can't be late with anything because it's a fee. And it won't matter if you and the manager come with an agreement of payment date because you're gonna get an email/text asking for your payment a date early. Management is horrible at picking up phone calls and replying through text.

Jessica has made my leasing and moving experience absolutely amazing! I'm moving from Louisiana to Temple, Texas and she has made this process so easy for me! She has always helped me with such a positive attitude and has answered every question I have asked. And trust me, I have asked A LOT. LOL. I'm looking forward to my move in date and signing my lease and honestly I'm very excited. Highly recommend!!
