Excellent place to live. Office staff is great and very helpful. Apartments are super nice and clean. I can’t say a single bad thing about this place. Please consider living here you won’t be sorry.

I have lived here for over 6 months and have loved living in these apartments. Compared to other complexes I’ve lived in, Ariza Scott’s communication has been great, they keep you in the loop with maintenance and events, and the staff (shoutout to Chelsi) is super friendly and usually very quick to respond. The complex itself is clean and well maintained, and unlike other apartment complexes, their amenities are conveniently available.
There are signs posted about guest parking & their towing... policy, because the towing companies are quick to locate an unregistered car (I know from experience!), so make sure that you read the info before parking unregistered :)

The management staff is terrible. I moved in to a “brand new” apartment that had drywall all over the carpet and dead crickets everywhere. When I moved out and paid off my last months rent I was told I was good to go. Months later I got a call from a collections agency for “unpaid dues” to Ariza. They sent me to collections for $197 without ever giving me a phone call or notifying me in any way saying it was for my “move out balance.” All of my rent was paid on time and in full my entire time... living there and left my apartment undamaged and clean. The amenities are nice and that’s about the only thing going for it. This place is amazing with its amenities/facilities, and one of the nicest apartments I've ever lived in. The same thing in the big cities I've lived in would be easily over twice as much.
