Renting out my newly built home because the schools in the area are not great and we have to move to Round Rock area for the little ones. But the house is close to the VA and Baylor Scott and white hospital so very convenient commute... plus it’s near restaurants and grocery stores as well.
The house is in a very safe residential area with nice neighbors with bunch of other newly built homes. Very quiet area just off the highway.

It's about 10 min from the VA and 8 min from Baylor Scot and white hospital. Very close to the highway if you are trying to get to work quick.

I have been through the rental process, I know it's a hassle and I know residents and fellows have a low budget so I want to make this super easy and super affordable for my medical and dental students/residents/fellows working in Temple, Tx area.
You can sign up for 6 month lease. Pay $500 security deposit.
If you sign for a year long lease I'll give you 1 month for free. And you can pay $250 for security deposit.
Honestly the security deposit you will get back as long as there is no major damage to the living space.
The price of the rent is per room plus with all utilities included.
The house is 10 min from the nearest Walmart on west Adam and 10 min from Sam's, heb and aldi and a bunch of other restaurants. The beach is about 15 min away and there are a few walking and hiking trails in the area about 10-15 min away.

I know shared living isn't ideal and may not be every trainee's first choice so
I'm making it easier and more appealing. $900 for the bedroom with the attached bath and $750 for the bedrooms that have to share the bathroom. This price includes the all utilities except laundry.

The house is fully furnished, just bring your cloths and belongings and don't worry about furniture. (You may want to get your own mattress)
Rooms available anytime around June 15 (or when ever needed ) just in time for the new academic year to begin.

There are no other fees if you don't or can't live in a shared space after trying it out you can leave. I will request you just help me find other tenants.
As for tenant's responsibility, just keep your area clean and do your dishes. I'll send over a cleaner to help out as well and maintain the place.
Please help take out the trash and recycling every Monday.

1 bedroom With attached full bathroom and walking closet.
3 beds with have a shared bathroom but each bedroom has its own closet.
The master bedroom is $900 per month.
Smaller bedroom are $750 per month
The shared space is nice and large. The whole house is fully furnished. Shared space come with brand new sofas that we just bought. Dining table and the kitchen area are pretty standard but it's all open concept so it's very roomy. The kitchen is fully furnished as well. All the pots and pans and knives are there for your meal prepping.
