Lived here when it was Spanish villa and they were great than but than the changed and they became and are still aweful will never move back stove caught on fire and they blamed me when all we had done was turn the burner on and with nothing on the stove and it caught on fire and charged me for damages when it was their equipment at fault the managers are rude don't care about anyone but them selves aweful place to live

love it here.
i love living here. i havent lived here very long but its awesome. everyone here is so nice. very quiet place to live. maintenance is there whenever i need them. I LOVE LIVING HERE

I've lived here for 5 years and it's been the best five years ever. The new owners are great. They've really turned this place around! Couldn't be happier!

Our apartment isn't much but its home for me my wife and our daughter. Under new management the pool is better the people are better and its comfortable living.
