My experience with 10X Stella, particularly with Dione and Deja, was extremely disappointing due to poor communication, lack of organization, and what felt like misleading information throughout the leasing process.

I originally toured the property with a leasing agent who is no longer there, and that experience was fine. About a month ago, I toured again with Deja. She was new, so I understood that she might not have all the answers, and I was willing to work with her. However, during our... conversations, she attempted to show me houses outside of helping me secure an apartment at the property, which I found odd and unrelated to why I was there.

After that, I called the office and learned Deja was unavailable. I then started working with Justin and Will regarding my application and approval process. My application was placed on hold pending additional information, but no one communicated that to me in a timely manner. When I finally provided the requested information, I was shocked to learn that the apartment I had been told was being held for me had already been rented to someone else.

After that, I was directed back to Deja, despite not hearing from her for quite some time. She then wanted me to submit another application and pay additional application fees. When I declined because I had already gone through the process, the special rental rate that had been offered was removed.

Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I constantly found myself working with different staff members, receiving inconsistent information, and having to chase updates on my own. Management appears to have serious communication and organizational issues that need to be addressed.

I moved in 10x Stella 2 weeks now and it’s been wonderful here. This apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful, which I value a lot.

Most things I love about this complex. The pool is beautiful. The gym is a nice facility. The negatives are related to apartment living, such as occasional loud noises.

I enjoyed the amenities of Stella at Riverstone. I also enjoyed the convenience of dining and grocery shopping at a short distance.

Common area where Snooker is present can be kept open from inside gate for people to spend time there in evening.
