The Grove is a great place to live. It caters to student living but still offers everyone the best living experience possible! Volleyball, court, pool and my favorite the 24/7 gym!

Worth it??
Overall, the place is great. The furnishings are nice and the apartment seems to be built well, not cheaply. I can say that the utilities cap doesn't cover much, so be prepared to pay a little extra every month. The complex is pretty strict with their rules and with enforcing them, so if you would rather not have that, live somewhere else.
