Would not recommend
Living here has had more downs than ups, from the start of our lease here we were faced with issues such as A/C functionality in the prime summer heat, as well as ant infestation that would not clear up for weeks. Most recently, we have a clogged drain in the backyard that we have been asking them to fix, and recently we had heavy storms resulting in flooding of the house. This could have been avoided had they fixed issues, and resolved the poor drainage system.

I love living here. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is very helpful. They are nothing but polite.
