Ya cumplí mi primer año aquí y puedo confirmar que es muy agradable, la atención de las personas que trabajan aquí es muy buena son muy amables y confiables no me sé todos sus nombres pero si puedo dar gracias a Diana, a Mary y fijo a todos los demás me encanta que traten de hablar español para hacernos sentir como en familia.

You might believe that on-site management has the power to address your rights or concerns. From my individual perspective only…I’d beg to say, that is an unrealistic vision.

I've lived here since 2019 and it was nice when I first moved in. The grounds were maintained, trash was picked up at a decent time, and neighbors were courteous. I don't know what happened, but everything went downhill drastically right before COVID hit.

Trash started getting picked up around 1-2am. It used to get picked up by midnight at least. We're required to pay for valet trash so why am I still paying if they're not picking it up?

Parking used to be plentiful when I moved in, but now... it's just awful! If you get back late and live in the first few building like I do this results in having to park wayyy at the other end of the parking lot and walk back. I decided to finally get a garage. I was supposedly on a "wait list" for one for over 1 year, and when I finally got one I was able to only use it for 2 weeks. They told me that someone else had rented the garage online, but I could have a different garage. If someone supposedly went online suddenly and rented my garage why did I even have to wait on a list for over a year, and since I already waited why did I have to go back to the bottom of the list?

There was also a strange man wondering the complex. He'd be vandalizing the property, throwing trash into the pool, doing laundry and bathing in the pool, and pouring pool water all over the furniture. When we finally called to report him we were told we didn't have a courtesy officer anymore so we'd have to call the police which we did. The property has also been vandalized multiple times by different parties as well as cars being broken in to. The front gate is broken often allowing anyone to come in, and the codes guests are supposed to use at the call box don't work.

They used to keep a log where you'd have to sign for your packages, but not anymore. At one point they were leaving them in the hall outside the office if it came past 6 instead of bringing it to your door. Then they started putting all of them in a room left unattended and unlocked so anyone can just walk in.

I've also filed numerous noise complaints since August. I haven't been able to have peace or quiet in my home since they moved in mid last year. I even sent video evidence of the constant noise. I've called security and the courtesy officer for assistance, and nothing was resolved. I even referred a friend to move in, and with how things have gone downhill I'm embarrassed to have recommended that they move here, and I won't do it again. Read More

The management at the property are not doing anything about the residents that have pets. The stairways and hallways smell because resident do not pick up after their animals. It’s really disgusting and something that a non pet owner should not have to be worrying about.
