Nice neighborhood, quiet, safe, not many complaints, parking sucks. Maintenance quick and friendly. Wish we had patios/balconies will be the main reason I’m not renewing my lease when it is up

I strongly recommend staying far away from this apartment complex. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. First, the place has a serious bug problem. No matter how clean you keep your unit, you’ll constantly see insects and management knows about it and still hasn’t taken proper action. It’s clear the issue runs throughout the building, not just in one unit. I’ve had pest control at my unit a total of 4 times already within the month I’ve been living here and they... use the same technique each time that is of no use as the insects don’t seem to be affective by any of the actions being done to prevent them. If anything it gets worse. Second, the advertising is completely misleading. The photos and descriptions make it look modern, safe, and well-kept but the reality is the exact opposite. Management will tell you exactly what you’d want to hear to get you to sign and than once in the problems arise. On top of that, the rent is outrageously high for what you get. You’re paying premium prices for conditions that feel neglected and unsafe. There are way better communities out there that offer lowers prices and safer surroundings. Between the poor management communication, and general lack of care for residents, it’s simply not worth it. Lastly, the safety here is questionable. There’s little to no security presence, and there have been several concerning incidents around the property. Management’s response to these issues is slow and dismissive. In short, this complex is overpriced, poorly managed, and unsafe. Don’t be fooled by the pictures or promises, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I really like living here! I think the response time to emails or texts could be a little quicker but none the less the leasing staff is super helpful and nice!

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community! The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful. The amenities are great, and everything is kept in good condition. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience — I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.
