You will share the house with 3 other people, male and a couple.
Parking is available on site behind the gate. Garage parking can be available with $35 extra per month. ( for one vehicle parking only, no other items storage)

Rent includes water and internet.
Electricity and gas are billed by 1/3 of total on the statement.
