I have two spare rooms and one bathroom upstairs on another side of catwalk! One with its own bathroom and walk in closet available for $1100 per month, all bills paid with some usages restrictions. One occupancy only.
If need two bedrooms, maximum... of 3 people then it will be shared bathroom, then it's $2500/month.
In between rooms there is second living space with internet connected big screen TV so it's almost like your own living quarter there.
Shared common area are kitchen, downstairs living room and dining room. Washer and dryer are available as well.
