I’ve been living at Archer Village for about two months now, and I can honestly say I’m very happy here. It’s a quiet and affordable place to live, and the new management has already made a big difference. They’re attentive, responsive, and seem to really care about improving the community. I feel comfortable and definitely a good place to call home

The property manager and leasing consultant (who have both now left) lied to me about MULTIPLE things with my apartment. I was moving in from Ohio and it took forever just to get pictures of my place; even then I was just sent pictures that made it look nicer than it was. I was told I had updated appliances and laundry hookups - I had neither. Dishwasher didn’t work on move in, had roaches in my kitchen, and no hot water during the 3 day freeze.

Wellington makes it impossible for the property manager to accomplish anything here. They won't fix things in a timely manner. I wouldn't live here with the asbestos and black mold throughout the entire property. They will cut out sheetrock leaving exposed piping and roaches will take over your belongings. They should be in trouble for allowing elderly and children to live here.

Some issue since we first moved in 8 months ago. No hot water now for weeks and no relief in sight. They want rent but don’t want to spend money to maintain their property. Pay way to much to not have the basic necessities. Don’t rent here

I have been asking for months for pest control to spray my unit. It falls on deaf ears. Also we have a very serious drug trafficking problem that no one seems to care about. I have witnessed fights, drug deals and most recently a building a few buildings down had a fire I stood outside with most of the complex and noticed no smoke detector sounds. I tested mine the next morning to find mine didn’t have batteries in them. I will not be renewing my lease when it’s up in a few months.
