We have lived here almost a year and love it. Staff have always been so kind and helpful during our initial visit, process of signing contracts, moving here and during our 1st year. Maintenance staff friendly and gets things done quickly. Community is kept up beautifully, bushes always trimmed, grass mowed and trimmed every week. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and common areas kept up all the time. Yearly lease is comparable to other properties in the area. Thank you staff of Villas by the bay

I love it here since 09
This place is so awesome. It's just easy. Well maintained apartments in a nice area, and killer Chinese food next door at Wong's. The ladies that work the office are gems. I couldn't ask for better neighbors. And if you want to party, just walk across the street, and down a couple hundred yards, and boom, 2 night clubs. Villas by the Bay rules. End of story.
