I love the location and complex itself. Would only change the actual area of the apartment I live in with my elderly mother. The office staff and maintenance have been very quick and willing to help with any issues thus far. I would love to thank Mario for always listening and trying to help with new move in issues I experienced from dog poop to Clickpay. Moved in October 2021 and although I don't want to leave the actual complex I do want to change my apartment at some point. I can't blame... the complex for residents who just don't care when it comes to their pets. The Apartments themselves are decent, but the management and maintenance are awful. is very difficult to get maintenance staff over and they actually do something productive, half the time they "check something" outside the building and just never return. not to mention having my apartment ready by the starting date was a terrible experience. they had months to make sure the place was ready and available for move in, but they didn't do anything. The carpets weren't aligned and cut evenly; the... wall spray they did for the paint is on the floor along basically every wall; so much water leaks, cracks and damages were everywhere, not to mention to this day in my lease I've experienced 6 different occurrences where there was a new leak in the unit. overall, just save your money, time by not going to this place. Stonecrest has been one of the best communities I have lived at! The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful! The complex is very quiet and has a very safe feeling. I love that you are also pretty close to everything in the area. The grounds are always so clean, and there has been plenty of parking.
