The communication with staff is incredibly unreliable and difficult. Staff does not communicate well about showing up for things like regular maintenance checks, even when we constantly ask for a heads up so we can put our pets in a safe place.

It's amazing living here and I really like it and it's a nice area to be in and it's so close to the university and downtown and my job and eating to drive places I need to go

Very friendly and interactive community, I enjoy how they provide tons of events and food for their residents. Buildings are still in pretty good shape.

It’s a decent place, but very unpredictable. Water shut offs happen a lot WiFi is down every other week and the utilities are very unpredictable. Maintenance has definitely gotten better and the facilities are at least useable.
