Life at the Monarch is surprisingly peaceful, being so close to campus. With the hustle and bustle of students getting to class or people getting to work, The monarch seems to have a bubble of peace over it. With their monthly pest checks and quick replies to maintenance requests, nothing is left to the unexpected. What they lack in amenities, they more than make up for with storage. The Manager, Ashely, is very quick to respond to any concern. I would say she has solved any problem I've had,... but honestly, she stays on top of things so much I haven’t had to complain since I moved in. Truly a peaceful community, sitting so close to chaos. The Monarch had proven to be an oasis, letting the outside world melt away, leaving only peaceful nights.

Cockroach infested!!!
Absolutely unlivable conditions!! Do not waste your money on the application fee. There are cockroachs in the walls! Move here if you want to be killing hundreds small cockroaches a day!!! There we're cockroaches in the refrigerator and oven on move in day!!! Jackie is absolutely incompetent and you will have to call her constantly or show up at the office to get any info from her.
