I've lived in many substandard apartments and these are a steal. Clean, pest free (so far) and cheap. What a blessing.

I absolutely love my apartment, they worked well with me before I moved in with the application process and were very prompt in getting back to me with questions. They have an online system to pay rent which makes it a bit easier then always sending in a check. When we first moved in, our apartment was spotless, a few knicks here and there but nothing too serious since most people who moved into other complexes had to deal with dirty apartments and ours was spotless. They are quick when it comes... to repairs needed around the house. We also have a pool, dog park, and car wash station which is convenient and lovely.
