You will have you no hot water or ANY water for day throughout your lease. I have two leaks and the one in the shower is now causing yellow mold in the ceiling. The property management response is super slow. And they always response to these reviews by saying to contact the office but they never answer!!

Don't sign a lease here
Apartments aren't maintained at all. It came dirty with stains all over the kitchen countertops and cabinets. I wasn't able to scrub them off. "Maintenance" came around for their annual inspection, and they seemed to forgotten to check the fire extinguisher for the past two years. All the paint is peeling from the cabinets and bathtub walls.. I could go on and on. Keep looking. I'm sure you can find an apartment in decent condition for a better price.

Do not live here if you need hot water or water in-general.
Do not live here. Live somewhere else.
Today's date is 12/24/2020, Christmas Eve, and we are without hot-water for the second time THIS MONTH FOR 5 DAYS! So Christmas morning, it will be 40 degrees and no one will be getting a hot shower.
This same scenario happened for the same length of time just 2 weeks ago, when the boilers needed to be “fixed” and they couldn’t get parts.
Maybe it’s time for a new plumber or new management because this is a joke.
I had COVID two weeks ago (I’m a... healthcare worker) and not being able to take a hot shower for an extended period is a freaking joke.
I’ve been a resident here since November 2019, the past 4 months have been a living hell. Our water is constantly turned off for “maintenance” multiple times a month and at this point it is ridiculous.
No reconciliations have been made, the staff simply send a “We’re sorry” via email after not returning calls and keeping the office closed. I called today 7 times for answers. We are completely shut out.
They don’t even email when the water is fixed, you have to just go turn on the faucet and hope it's working.

Poor management, negligent staff
The office is negligent with receiving packages. After mishandling one of mine and damaging the contents, the office refused to take any responsibility. In fact, the person I spoke to said they only take packages as a favor to us, so they can't be expected to treat them with care and consideration. How is that a favor? (I asked to speak with a manager, and they said she'd call me when she got back to the office. Never happened.) I am disgusted by their lack of accountability and incapacity to... show genuine remorse for their mistakes. I will not be resigning.
