Move In People living here before left all their stuff here, almost like they moved out on short notice. Food left causing the place to smell.

Several issues with the apartment upon move-in Upon move-in, I noticed several issues throughout the apartment. The blinds had stains, the sliding closet mirror door comes off its track, and there is a noticeable bug problem throughout the entire apartment, including spiders, small roach-like bugs, and beetles. There were also many small ants in the bathroom. The apartment gets extremely hot during peak daytime hours, and the bathtub was disgustingly clogged with a large amount of hair that... wasn’t mine. I had to remove it myself just so the water could drain properly.

Light Bulb Change My light bulb had to get changed twice, because the first time it got fixed, it still didn’t work, but the second time it got fixed, it started working, and the maintenance worker assigned to my apartment was very nice about it!

Good home :) I really like my apartment, and I love Josie in the leasing office. I also LOVE that I have a screened-in patio, it's great for my cat :D

Fixed.. then broke? my sink drain was fixed like I requested it to be, cleaned up very nicely. but now my shower drain is unscrewed? which wasn’t an issue until I got the sink drain fixed that I was present for. Not the end of the world, but still super frustrating.
