This is the worst apartment complex ever. The manager tracy does nothing to help you. I've been with ac for months. I have an infestation that they refuse to control and mold from leaks that went unfixed. She gets a bonus every month for not going over a limit on repairs so she puts off fixing anything. My neighbors apt was covered in mold as well and she did nothing to fix it. She acts really nice in court acting like she wants the best for you so you can stay but then turns into the wicked... witch of the west after you're out of court. She is very unprofessional and childish. And the front desk clerk Anthony is just as big of a jerk as she is. She lies about repairs when they never got done and gets caught in her lies very easily. I had no problems at this complex until she became manager.

woodland ridge apartents
rent is a bit high for not having a swimming pool. the landscape has not been maintained and has some major erosion. have great pest control. utilities included in the rent
