This property is perfect if you are looking for a smaller property with full trees and amazing staff. Maintenance completes work orders faster than I've ever seen. The office is fun and resident events are thoughtful. Food trucks have been a great new vibe too!

Moved into a renovated one bed/studio. It's so cute and I love living here! Neighbors are nice and I really enjoy the dog park. They put in a new gate recently, and the staff is always so responsive and nice.

I live at Westchase for a little over 4 years. The staff has always been nice but over my last year the updates they are making to the property are so great. Will miss living there!

After being here for two years had no idea someone had got shot outside. Neighbor are ok depends who moves in. At night it’s a little sketchy with SAPD showing up randomly. CPS bill always high due to poor insulation. Would recommend getting more square ft with what your paying /neighborhood.

Lets start off with service. I moved in and AC didnt work. I came home from work around 9PM on a Friday night and AC wasnt working. Was informed they were aware( so allowed me to move in an apartment with a non working AC) and was informed from maintenance to just tap it and they will check it out Monday. Therfore leaving me the whole weekend without AC in the summer.. My apartment was hotter than it was outside...Monday came around and nothing.... called that morning and was informed it will... take awhile because the AC unit installed is no longer made and they are waiting for someone else to move out to take a part from that AC.....my AC was fixed.... Had one of the maintence tell me personally that the property is backwards and just to stay patient while my electricity bill continued to raise due to the non working AC. Lets not get on how many other residents had conplaints about other maintence techs. One resident was so scared to have one if the maintenence men to come to her apartment and the entire staff found it funny. The office has a different face everyday and payments get lost. Good thing I kept my receipts. The manager NEVER provides a call back but you can catch her in the parking lot of the front office kissing all on someone. Just managed horrible and very unorganized. Dont waste your money here!!! You will be in an apartment with nothing working and facing issues with management since they clearly don't care and very unorganized. Read More
