I would not recommend living here. The management is extremely poor and the property is very poorly run. Vehicles are towed unfairly without any prior warning, and recent construction noise has been unbearable. As someone who works from home, it has become nearly impossible to concentrate or work effectively—the noise is so intense it literally shakes my desk.
There is no mention in the lease agreement about additional construction disturbances, yet management has shown no concern or willingness... to address how this impacts residents. I was displaced from my apartment for an entire week due to the issue, and when I raised my concerns, I was told, “It bothered us in the office too, so get over it.” That response was truly unbelievable.

I recently moved here and it's absolutely beautiful. Being on the hill top the views are breathtaking and I love watching the sunrise over the city with a cup of coffee on my patio, which is huge. The staff is amazing, I had a few questions after move in and Katie had no issues with answering them. I also needed a cabinet fixed and in less then 30 minutes, Dennis the service manager was at my door and had it back to normal. It already feels like home.
