When we moved into the apartment, we had to submit approximately 30 work orders due to its extremely poor condition. Office staff is a nightmare to work with and the only thing they can seem to do is find things they can complain about to renters or any fees they can charge people, did I forget to mention our apartments was GNAT INFESTED, and yes I know they are bad in San Antonio, but these were BAD our gnat catcher was FULL after a few weeks while our neighbor barely had around 15 after a ... few weeks, yet they still charge insane pest control fees when its like they aren't even doing anything. When we moved out, we left the apartment clean, but we are now being charged for the complete replacement of the carpet, which is a whopping $600 plus their thousands of "extra fees"! The carpets were put in so crappy, one section would have padding the next would be concrete then the next would have a random lump, seriously, don't charge us for your crappy repairs. I strongly advise against renting from this complex and you can find way better and CHEAPER apartments elsewhere.

Regarding the noise concerns with your neighbor, I understand how disruptive and stressful this situation can be. While there are limitations to what we can enforce, we take these concerns seriously and will continue to monitor the situation and address it as appropriate.

2 years here and it's not great.
The pictures of the apartments look great and your apartment will look like the pictures. But the pet park is a giant bathroom. Most grass around the apartments is covered is dog poop because no one cleans it and its not enforced. The walls are paper thin, we hear our neighbors 24/7 and managment doesn't care that people make noise past noise curfew. Our neighbors stop around from 10pm to midnight, made multiple complaints and nothing has been done. We constantly deal with roaches and ants no... matter how clean we keep it. Cars get towed all the times,no matter if they're parked correctly. Guest parking is always full of the same handful of cars so good luck having a guest. the car gates are broken often and so are the pedestrian gates. And it's just very expensive for what you're getting. They have a fee for everything. Look elsewhere.

No Real Big Problems
The office staff is great. Always super professional. Any maintenance issues addressed quickly, even with the Covid restrictions. Only downside, if you live on the first or second floor you can hear every step the people above you make. The sounds are intense. We were quarantined for three weeks in September and our upstairs neighbor walks like an elephant and does some kind of carpentry or drilling in their apartment. As a renter I always try to remember that people live very close around me... and that we need to be respectful. Anyhow, we really like the area and the apartment but will be looking for another apartment that’s on the top floor.
