My Grandma & I lived here for over 10 years. When she first moved in everything seemed great. She was in a nice location of the apartments close to her parking and laundry facility. Seemed like a great way to retire, right? WRONG! Unfortunately the manager Kim is unwilling to care about your apartment having black mold, roaches, or things breaking. My Grandma & I were lucky to not have to deal with the black mold. Many of the residents around the pool such as my sister who shortly moved in had... black mold in their apartment and something above in the hallway always leaking fluids. When she pushed management to get maintenance on top of it she was told there was nothing she could do and that since the building was so old there are no blueprints so maintenance can not open the walls to investigate. Management constantly made excuses to myself, my sister, my Grandma, and my sisters Mother-in-law who lived on property as well. She even went as far as banning me from the property once when I lived there!

MANAGEMENT DOES NOT DO REPAIRS CARS ARE VANDELIZED PLACE IS OLD AND APARTMENTS SMELL NOISY NEIGHBORS DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Love love love
Private owned complex. The manager is amazing. Nothing is left undone. Pool cleaned daily. Everyone is friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Big apartments for low rates. I never want to move.
