Las CUCARACHAS hacen fiesta en los departamentos…hasta dentro de la nevera de mi departamento tiene la plaga esta, ya víniran unas quantas veces y no logran las exterminar…INCLUSO HACE UNA SEMANA VINO UNA VEZ MAS EL EXTERMINADOR Y MI CASA ESTA UM MUGRE DE TANTAS CUCARACHAS! YA NOS LA AGUANTO!

Management argues with tenants. They don’t take pest control seriously, ants, rats, roaches it doesn’t matter how clean you are- the apartments are just infested. Maintenance takes way too long to show up even if it’s an emergency, they’ll show up 2 days later, for low maintenance request it could be a week-2 weeks. The girls and i say girls in the office will argue with you through text, in person then they’ll threaten to break your lease. It’s so unprofessional, it’s an ugly environment to... live in which can be easily fixed if they were compassionate. The rent went up, but it’s just getting worse, they’re adding extra fees that mess with your comfortability. The layouts are nice, but there’s better out there with better prices.

First off, all 5stars reviews are not genuine, they are fake.
The entire leasing office staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. Zero customer service.
The community is dirty (animal waste everywhere) and unsafe. I got my car stolen twice in a span of 6 months. I received no compassion from the leasing office staff.
Cockroach infestation is real. The bathroom is disgusting. If you think the bathroom infestation is bad, just go into the kitchen and u will be welcomed and greated by baby... roaches days crawling everywhere. The fridge, the oven and cabinets are worst.
The water gets shut off almost everyday.
I will give them a Zero Star if i could.
Trust me this place is not worth your time, money and the frustration that you will go through. Saying that my esperience with Torino Villas was a nightmare is an understatement. Believe me all the negative reviews that u see are truthful and sincere.

The property is now under a new owner and a new management. A total property renovation is undertaken in the exterior and interior, including all amenities.

I have had 2 cars stolen within the last 4 months from the covered parking! When I brought it up to management they did not follow up with me about it, just charged me money to get replacement parking stickers. I do not feel safe here and will not be renewing the lease. Also, I had both the A/C and heater not work when we needed it the most! Maintenance closes out tickets when they didn't complete the work order.
