This is the worst apartment complex I have ever had to deal with. Been without hot water for over a month they will not communicate with us they don't show up in the office to even tell us anything they won't fix anything there are roaches we just moved in about 7 months ago it has been the worst experience. Honestly this apartment complex should it be advertised anywhere.

Horrible place to live the management is always changing and all units are infested. The rent has a lot of little things added onto it. The price you get is not what u pay.

Management don't care. Maintenance don't care. AC went out multiple times. Sink backs up everytime. Bugs EVERYWHERE. DIRTY. Trash everywhere. Smells bad. Seriously the worst apt in SA.

It started off bad before we even got our keys. The day of they called and said it won't be ready for a another week or two, then we were charged an entire month's worth of rent when we got the keys on the 29th! When we moved in, the first day we found mold, nonstop roaches, roly-polies, holes in the ceilings, missing fixtures, more mold, the master bedroom bathroom leaks into the hallway bathroom, the locks on our windows were broken. Our apartment wasn't ready and we had to wait even longer... and that's how our apartment looked? When we finally had the maintenance guy come in for our problems, he told be to "just scrape off" the mold and told us how WE can fix stuff, as if that's our job. Constant hidden fees, paying so much money to live in literal trash and fear. Violent and awful neighbors, management took forever to fix any problems, we were freezing in the winter because they took about 2 weeks just to come fix out heater. Hot water and water in general is turned off all the time without any heads up or warning in advance. If you see ANY good reviews on these apartments, it's management trying to bump their embarrassing low scores. Do yourself a favor and run away if you ever come near this place.
