prepare for large energy bills
The a/c units that work for these apartments seem well over 15 years old. And in the Texas heat that means to stay cool in your apartment you’ll need it running constantly. Something we forgot to look for when we moved in resulting in much higher cps bills than I’ve had at any my other complexes. Maintenance guys are usually quick and friendly. Office staff lacks in that department. Only other negative is the mailboxes have been broken into a few times in our stay here so if you have important... mail coming in you could be at risk. So-so place at best but the price is alright.

You won't regret your choice to live here!
The park at Braun Station has just been a wonderful place to live. Very quiet. The grounds are well maintained. Beautiful oaks throughout the property. I have never experienced such wonderful and fast service from a maintenance crew. Wonderful management team/office staff. Always kind and helpful. They have monthly activities for the residents. The pool is always clean.

Great staff, cheap structure
The staff are nice but the apartment structure is cheap. Just closing door shakes the whole structure. Gentle walking disturbs neighbor.
