We went to tour these apartments and online the pictures make the apartments look really nice, but in actuality the buildings are really old, none of the fireplaces work, there was some rotting by the showers, all the paint was peeling off of the cabinets and the hinges needed to be replaced, the floors creaked, and parking is limited to one space per apartment so if you are living with two people you have to park one car near the apartment and another car in overflow parking IF spaces are... available. Also they just had a water main brake yesterday and although it will probably get fixed, it was a red flag while we were touring.

Amazing Staff!
The manager, Clarissa, is terrific. She has made this New Englander feel right at home. Clarissa has done an incredible job caring for the apartments and building a community here. She is a star, and if you need a place to live, consider Palazzo. You will love it! The apartments are great but the service is extraordinary.

The BEST apartment I have lived at!
The previous reviews are definitely outdated because in my opinion, this is a great apartment to live at. This was my first apartment where I would be living all alone and I always felt safe. The complex is always kept very clean and I never had a problem with noisy neighbors. Submitting a maintenance request was easy and simple online and the problem was always fixed within 24 hours! I've heard horror stories about dealing with management for other apartments, but that will never be an issue if... you decide to live here. Barry and Priyanka are absolutely wonderful! They were always very understanding. Although I pay less in rent now, I regret moving to a different apartment. If I am still in San Antonio after my current lease runs up, I will definitely consider moving back to The Palazzo. If you are looking for an apartment near the Medical Center, The Palazzo should definitely be at the top of your list.
