It’s been a pretty nice apartment while there’s some problems it gets resolved pretty quickly and often the staff fix it quick. Roomates have been great

It is a good place to live and there is always security at night. I enjoy the pickleball court and how big thr gym is and how many events they do for their residents

Management doesn’t really care about the concerns we have. The biggest problems are the elevators are always broken, the exit gate is always closed, and there is trash everywhere. Whenever you speak to the from office about it, they say “we’re so sorry to hear that, we don’t know why that is.” Or “we will let residents know as soon as we have more information.” But they never do. To be clear, this isn’t their fault, their only job is to sell units, this is the manager’s fault. They also... keep advertising that they have “3,000,000 dollars in renovations” but that was nearly a year and a half ago, and it’s almost as if it all went absolutely nowhere, plus they’ve slowly removed features from the main lobby, such as both “new printers” and all activities that used to be there, not to mention the hot tub they removed and TVs from the gym. Honestly not clean and already saw a roach day 3, I love the apartment look inside 100% looks cute!! Hallways are not taken care of what so ever, nobody has went to clean those in ages and that needs to be fixed or explained before people sign a lease in my opinion. Love love love my space though

Elevator is still not fixed, has been broken for almost 7 months now with multiple resident complaints and hallways are filthy and stained. They also suck at handling packages and often lose/ won’t register a package as ready for pick up the same day it’s delivered either so good luck getting your stuff the same day. Will not be renewing my lease until some of these issues are handled.
