I’ve had a very disappointing experience living here. The apartments are extremely old and it shows. The walls are thin, and noise from upstairs neighbors is constant. The buildings feel run down, with thick layers of paint from years of patchwork and outdated, worn appliances.
Parking near buildings 14–15 is a mess. There are abandoned vehicles that take up space for months, and management does nothing to address it. Maintenance requests take weeks, sometimes over a month, to be completed.... Everything moves at a painfully slow pace, with little urgency or follow-up.
Communication from the office manager is especially frustrating. Requests are met with excuses rather than solutions, and promises are rarely kept. There’s no sense of accountability or care for residents.
The shared amenities are also lacking. The mailroom is frequently broken into. The “gym” is basically a tiny room with three machines and is only accessible during office hours. The laundry room is consistently dirty, the machines are very old, and I’ve had clothes stained from using them.
Despite frequent cleaning, the buildings often smell old, damp, or moldy, which is concerning. Overall, this property feels neglected, poorly managed, and not worth the cost. I would not recommend living here and am counting down the days until my lease ends.

Ideal one bedroom apartment !
I have been looking for a nice one bedroom apartment in this area for a long time. This property offers the best option in my experience. Close to everything. Great management. Nice pool and gym.

Happy I moved here
I moved to The Hills a few months ago. I am really happy with this apartment and community. Location is near stores, food, and close to the highway. Pool is nice too.

Great renovated apartments, great place to live!!!
The recent upgrades are fantastic. Shows much better than the pictures. The current property management team was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed working with them. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to all of my friends and family.
