Beautiful place but lots of issues
Our sink was broken about every month. We had a corner apartment with no lights. The office is hard to get ahold of. The gate for the garage was always broken. The location and price are great but the constant issues were hard to deal with.

Do NOT live here
Safety is a huge issue. Homeless people squat in empty units, our cars are being broken into and our items stolen. The staff refuses to install security cameras in the garage to ensure better security or accountability for theft. The elevators and hallways are covered in urine and spilled alcohol and only work half the time. The fire alarms are always being tested without warning for up to half an hour at a time. Entire balcony’s have fallen down and the structure isn’t safe. Staff members... do not return phone calls and deny speaking with you if you follow up on issues brought up in person. This seems deliberate seeing as they will only be vague in emails so they aren’t held accountable to anything put in writing.
The trash service that you’re required to pay for is a JOKE. They don’t come all the days they’re supposed to and you will not be refunded for the fee you pay. Because of this the hallways reek of garbage.

Awesome Customer Service and Great Property!!!
My daughter and I toured this property a few days ago and she fell in love with the floor plans and great location! She is looking to relocate downtown and this property meets all of her desires for a luxury apartment. The Assistant Manager, Lauren, was very professional and made us feel right at home with her attentiveness to our needs and awesome customer service! I definitely recommend a visit to this property!

AMAZING PROPERTY
The Flats at River North is such a beautiful community. The apartments are gorgeous, as well as fantastic amenities! The assistant property manger, Lauren, is AMAZING! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the property. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family!
