The new management team really cares, maintenance is on top of it. The property is under renovation so the move-in special is awesome. I like the apartment.

Make ready not done before and after I moved in; refrigerator broke and it took about three weeks to get it replaced-my food spoiled and wasn't offered new food; took me a month and a half to get correct mail box keys; "manager" lied to someone and said I yelled at her! Unbelievable!

The new property manager is unprofessional and literally doesn’t live on property like it says here. He’s never in the leasing office, he doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t text or email back, and we have no way to contacting his “boss” because it’s impossible to even find out his last name or what the company information is. It’s sad because I liked living here before these criminals took over. Trash everywhere, crime is high and they do nothing about it, literally fences and stairs and trees... are falling apart. It’s a huge safety hazard and they will not fix anything. I was told I could pay online but that hasn’t been the case since they took over, AND we just got energy bills for the past 5 months that did not get paid and now we have to pay all at once! I moved here in April and the property was sold to Taylor, the new property owner. He refuses to repair my unit and has told me as long as it’s habitable he does not have to repair.
