Good place to live next to Lackland AFB

Good place to live next to Lackland AFB. Easy to get to the base. Owners are onsite at the property weekly. The office is helpful in addressing issues.

No help from office at all

If you want an apartment full of water this is the one for you. My whole building has been. Complaining of issues with water and nothing has been done. Sewer water was coming up in the parking lot. Nothing luxury about these apartments and they don't look like the photos either.

Inattentive personnel

No sense of urgency when it comes from the front staff. If you bring any issues that needs to be addressed, they look the other way and forget about your issues. When trying to reach the leasing office rather by phone or in person, it seems that no one is never available. Granted they don't even have an answering service even when they say they do. Lack of professionalism and courtesy. They state luxury apartments, yet their is nothing luxurious about them. Everything is broken with no... intentions of getting things fixed.
