The rent is cheap and its properly gated at least the units by the pool. It is quiet at night and there is usually parking if the gates are closed. There's not really any pests other than wasps but its TX as for roaches I did encounter some in the kitchen but bombing them got rid of it so compared to the other horror stories i have heard its an overall good place to live and its very safe and convenient location. Renewed my lease for a 2nd year!

I have lived here for the past 3 1/2 yrs..and have felt very safe and happy. The apartment is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. The staff are always friendly and really care about the residents. The owners are involved with making our living safe and really care about our needs. Repairs are always completed in a timely manner. I am an elderly resident and always feel respected by owners,staff and other apartment residents. You will love living here .

I just started living here and the area is safe HEB and walmart are extremely close by. Not a fan of all around carpet but for the location apartment aesthetics can be overlooked. I love the gated parking and the great staff that makes you feel at home. You see the same staff and you build a relationship. Just sad about the pet policy :(

I’ve lived here for 3.5 years and I love it. It’s quiet and safe. We are directly behind Churchill high-school so it’s convenient. The community is kept neat and private. The staff is friendly and the owner is very responsive! Every time I have an issue it is handled with urgency. There’s no loitering from unknown visitors which is rare! Sadly, this may be our last year here because my kids have outgrown our 2 bedroom apartment.
