Let me start by saying, the idea of renting or moving was so scary for me. I am just coming out of a divorce, little cash income, and bad credit. I am so blessed to have spoke with Alice today. She was quick to respond to the online message. She called me and made time to answer all my questions. I stopped by due to her kindness on the phone and walked out with an apartment. I am in awe of how easy the good Lord gave me this home. Shocked to get in and get approved. Not even how quickly it all... happened. Alice even hooked me up with the Spectrum guy, Mike. They will be out tomorrow to put cable in my new home. Sometimes in life we are so quick to complain but don't stop and thank Jesus for the little things in life. Thank you Alice for the time and attention you gave me. Also, they asked maintenance to stop by when he got the chance to look at something simple. It was done before I made it to the apartment. Thank you Alice and Danya. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making such a stressful tough decision seem so effortless. Sometimes it's not how it looks but how the people doing it, make it work. God bless you all.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
This apartment complex is hands down the worst apartment complex I ever had the displeasure of living at. The managers are extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. Do not fall for their free month deals/ promotions. The maintenance request get swept under the rug and don’t get worked on till months later. The parking situation is horrendous I’ve never seen a towing company doing rounds every night practically stealing cars that are parked in the correct spots. I do NOT recommend that anyone ever... live in this apartment complex, seek any other place to live.
