My daughter and I have looked at a lot of different places to rent and Blanca and her staff at Ridge at Southcross were very professional and helpful. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Apartment was spacious clean and well maintained. The complex is well kept and has all the amenities you need. Very convenient to schools and the downtown area. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed place to call home.

Lived here for 3yrs during that time my truck was broken into 3times w items stolen from the inside. Security gates don’t work it’s a free for all. Water constantly shutdown at least once a week (have proof) for hours. Roach infestation is gross had to put medicine several times & had exterminator come out & nothing worked since there’s cracks & holes that the roaches were coming thru. Maintenance wouldn’t fix it. Don’t get an upstairs apartment during the summer it sucks the cold air goes to... the downstairs unit first so you’re having to buy fans etc to keep the apartment cool/cold. Apparently the upstairs & downstairs share the vent for the cooling & the ac unit outside is old & again they won’t replace or fix. Would not recommend Read More
