The only thing great about this place is the maintenance team, their quick, their friendly. They should be the ones running the office. The staff at the office are rude, and unsympathetic about things they should take responsibility for. Like finding out I have roaches in my apartment two months after moving in. This post is for those people who understand what real customer service is. You will not find that here at Mission Ranch Apartments in the office staff.

NO, JUST DON'T
Don't move here, there are no visitor spots, people always parking in your parking spots and then not getting towed even though they have no permit sticker. Trash area is disgusting, the office is filled with a bunch of highly functioning fifth graders.

Watch and sign very carefully
When an office member begs you to write a good review....BEWARE. Apt rented sight unseen. Dirty. Old. Pretentious staff. I'm sure many get along great. But, this is NOT the apt promised. I was so anxious to get my service dog in along with my little 5 pound dogs. I was blinded. I take full responsibility for my part. BUT, when they lie about "new property" as its 20 years old...due diligence. BBB is aware of this property. If you disagree, they ostracize you. Ladies, men and children be careful.... If crime is so bad the NEWS van comes.....red flag. Maintenance seems to be the only one with a moral compass. Office staff: stop asking for reviews. You know who you are.

New Resident
I am 100% please with my decision to move to Mission Ranch Apartments. Our apartment is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained and staff are professional, friendly and proactive. I had two work orders for minor situations and they weee addressed promptly. Maintenance (Angel) responded quickly. Angel is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. Office staff followed up by phone to assure our situation has been resolved. We couldn't be happier!

Mission ranch
Rented unseen. Apartment was not the cleanest upon move in. Staff are all nice including the maintenance staff. Pool and gym nice but not used by me. Cost is higher than I'd like to pay. Parking is limited especially on weekends during summer when guests come to use the pool. Repairs are handled quite timely. Hardly know I have neighbors the walls and ceiling pretty sound efficient.
