Safe, Affordable, Transmogrified
I just finished out my 1 year lease, and I enjoyed my time here. After the change in management the place was cleaned up, and maintenance responds in a timely and professional manner. Management is very well maintained, very understanding, and as long you work with them, they'll work with you to make your living experience affordable, simple, and enjoyable. The location is ideal for students to SAC or UTSA downtown. It's close to the downtown scene without busting your budget. Plenty of... restaurants, attractions, HEB is about a 7 minute drive. I can't say how lucky I was to find such a gem in a developing city like San Antonio.
