I've lived here for four months and have no complaints. They've helped me with the application on some apartment repairs. They're friendly and quick with everything. I'm going to stay here until I buy a house. Many thanks to Viiyéri for helping me apply and to Jesus from Maintenance, who is always quick to repair whatever happens in my apartment.

Been living here for the past 5 years. It’s had different names/management m..La Scala Management is by far THE WORST so far.
They drained the pool so people wouldn’t jump the fence to use it bc for some reason it’s been LOCKED THE WHOLE SUMMER.
They started a contract with spectrum without letting tenants know and now the charge $20 MORE than what it used to be directly to them.
Now, they just announced they’re fixing and getting brand now driers/washing machines on the old laundromat that... burned down but will “permanently close” the old one, which means 4 laundromats for THE WHOLE COMPLEX.
They’re making WAY too much money overcharging and saving in amenities we can’t even use for them NOT to fix and have both laundry spaces open.
It’s also ROACH INFESTED and there’s dog poop everywhere.
