DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! I have only lived here for a month a half and it's been the WORST. The amount of roaches in these apartments is HORRID. Roaches are everywhere!! and they are in the pantry next to all the food. This place is infested! Since the first day i moved in, on July 31st, the AC has not worked. I walked in and the temperature was at 90 degrees and it was like that for days! It has been a month and a half and the AC still hasn't been properly fixed. The... maintenance doesn't care at all. I have put in so many work orders, and they will come, and say they will be right back, and never come back!! The electricity bill came out to $200 for the first month because of the messed up AC. The first day i moved in the carpets were still wet and smelled so bad. The gate is always open, so there really is not any safety guarantee. With all these things wrong, the leasing office does nothing to try and fix it! If I could give this place 0 stars, i would. This place is the worst!

Great community
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in the medical center area. Everything is within walking distance, near the VIA bus station and 410 Access.

Run
Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. New management almost every other month. Short handed on maintenance and it’s not a safe neighborhood, I got my property stolen.

Maintenance ignores you and the front office gives you the runaround.
Do NOT rent from this place. I have no hot water and my window is broken and they’ve marked my work orders as completed even though NOTHING GOT DONE. They give different excuses as to why things can’t get done and will not give you any approximations for when repairs will get done. In my case, I’ve been ignored for a month now!
